Ingredients
- 1 can (3.75 oz) sardines in water (no salt added)
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon fish oil (optional for extra omega-3)
- 1 tablespoon cooked pumpkin puree (for digestion)
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa or steamed rice (optional filler)
- 1 egg yolk (lightly cooked or raw, if safe)
Instructions
- Drain the sardines and mash them in a bowl or puree in blender.
- Stir in the ground flaxseeds and fish oil.
- Mix in the pumpkin puree for added fiber.
- If using, mix in the cooked quinoa or rice.
- Stir in the egg yolk and mix well.
